In September 2007 , she was ordered to undergo random drug and alcohol testing conducted by the court and parental counseling. A day later , she was charged with hit-run and driving without license. And because this behaviour, she temporarily lost custody of her children and was given to Federline. Spears granted 'conditional visitation' but must be monitored during those visit.
